This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Solutions (“Apex”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through this website. We keep it deliberately plain: we ask for the minimum we need to respond to you and deliver our services, and we do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
Apex Solutions is a finance-first Business Process Outsourcing provider offering outsourced accounting & finance operations (non-tax), AI automation in finance, data entry, and process advisory. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at sales@apexsols.org.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, and — if you provide them — your company, the service you’re interested in, your country and state or region, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (for example your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request) to deliver the site securely and reliably. We do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
- Your preferences. We store your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, is not personal information, and is never sent to us or used to track you.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
- assess and, where relevant, deliver the services you ask about;
- record the enquiry in our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up; and
- keep appropriate business records.
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: your consent when you choose to contact us; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business; and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Hosting — our website and contact-form handler run on our hosting platform.
- Email delivery — enquiry notifications are sent to our team by email through a mail provider.
- CRM — enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system.
- Fonts — the site loads the Space Grotesk typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. International transfers
We serve clients worldwide and work across time zones, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to keep it protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required for legitimate business or legal reasons. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).
7. How we protect it
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our engagements are NDA-backed, we work on a least-privilege basis, and we apply documented controls and multi-layer review to the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. To make a request, email sales@apexsols.org and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage we use is the functional theme preference described above. If we introduce cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
10. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
